    We’re a cultured club.

The Ethos

Our culture has organically grown from a family orientated set-up to a diverse, expert, throng of tech experts and recruitment professionals, yet with that kin-folk quality still flowing throughout the business.

HQ-ed in the NW in the achingly cool Spinningfields in Manchester’s city centre, with offices in the city of London, Budapest and South Africa; we are as wide-spread as we are regional!

Our senior management belief in trust, honesty, respect and ultimate satisfaction; which is exactly also how we work with our clients.

These attributes therefore naturally coursing throughout our business, from our iTest Hub to our testing consultants and recruitment professionals; satisfaction is paramount.

It’s not Rocket Science

With mutual respect running throughout us; we appreciate differences and value diversity. We understand how both are inter-twined, and have looked to harness the rich-pickings that can be brought from different perspectives and life experiences.

We therefore ensure our hiring practices are ‘employee-friendly’ and inclusive.

Our Intelligent Community

We have created a culture of openness and transparency where all of our people can make a difference, examples of which include:

  • Our strategy and priorities are shared with everyone in the company, reinforced by monthly business updates.
  • We take pride in acting as a responsible organisation and think carefully about how our actions can impact our environment, workplace, clients and suppliers and the communities in which we live.
  • Our iTest Hub induction event provides trainees with direct access to members of the Leadership Team who are on hand to answer questions about life at Intelligent Delivery Solutions.
  • We have established a confidential whistle-blowing phone-line which ensures that anyone who has concerns, for example, about how staff are behaving has a means of raising their concerns confidentially. The whistle-blowing phone-line is operated on behalf of the business by a third party organisation.
  • Our clients are provided with the opportunity to voice their opinions of our service delivery online or face to face through our client satisfaction programme. The results are fed back to the local offices and actions are taken based on that feedback.
  • Our values underpin our culture and how we do business – they are embedded throughout our business and set the parameters of how we expect people to behave with their colleagues, clients and the world at large.


Additionally, we are forever coming up with creative ways to give back to our local communities. Our current CSR projects include:

  • Contributing or donating children’s rugby kids to local Manchester schools
  • Delivering community work at trust sites
  • Attending and contributing towards regional charity events in London and Manchester
